Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We partner with reliable carriers to bring our curated collection from our fulfillment center directly to your doorstep.

Order Processing & Domestic Shipping

Once your order is placed, our team promptly begins processing it for shipment. All orders are processed during standard business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. When your order ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

For deliveries within the United States, we offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited services. The specific carriers, delivery timeframes, and associated costs will be clearly calculated and displayed for your review at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Please allow for the combined total of order processing time and transit time when estimating your delivery date.

International Shipping

We are delighted to share the spirit of Everyday Enjoyment with customers around the globe. We ship to numerous international destinations. When you enter your shipping address at checkout, the available options and applicable rates for your country will be presented.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs. As customs policies vary widely, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. We declare the full value of all international shipments as required by law.

Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including apartment or suite numbers. Everyday Enjoyment cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We are also unable to redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier.

Certain items in our collection may have specific shipping restrictions due to their size, material, or composition. If any restrictions apply, they will be noted on the individual product page. We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via our standard carriers.

Order Changes, Holds & Multiple Shipments

We strive to process orders quickly to get your items to you. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the packing and shipping phase. We are unable to place orders on hold or schedule future delivery dates.

If your order contains multiple items with different availability statuses, they may ship from our warehouse separately. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for split shipments, and you will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

Delivery & Failed Deliveries

Our carriers will deliver your package to the address provided. Upon delivery, the carrier typically requires a signature depending on the service level selected or the carrier’s policy for your area. If you are not available, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local depot.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the package will be returned to our facility. We will then contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for reshipping returned packages.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packing your Everyday Enjoyment items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit by the carrier or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within a specified number of days from the estimated delivery date. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement if available or processing a refund.
